Please read carefully the purpose of each bank account. The bank will need to know the Order ID/confirmation number, the amount of the transfer and the following information found below relating to the correct bank:

How to pay correctly?

The bank will need to provide the order number, the amount of the transfer, the bank details of the bank for the transfer.

How to do it right?

1- Call by phone: +36 80 088 108, inform the employee that you will pay for the order at the bank, in cash, using a bank transfer. He will ask you to provide your ID number.

Dictate the products you are going to order (this order will be placed by an office employee, it will later appear in your personal account).

2- After your personal call to the 4 life office in Barcelona, ​​you will be sent a letter to your e-mail address, where the order number and the final amount of payment for the parcel will be indicated.

3- With your order number received by e-mail and the 4Life Research Spain SL bank account indicated below, you go to any bank in Hungary. The bank employee will complete the operation of paying for your parcel by accepting the amount in cash from you: forints / euros. You will receive a bank receipt about this, be sure to save it!

4- As soon as the money arrives at the Spanish bank, a parcel will be formed for you immediately, you will receive a notification about this by e-mail. Since all banks work differently, money can only arrive at the bank on the 2nd or 3rd day. You can call the Barcelona office the next day and ask if the money has arrived.

Attention!

Remember your company ID number! It should always be called to a 4life Europe employee when clarifying any questions. For those who do not know English, it is advisable to learn it by numbers in English, this is sometimes asked by the operator before connecting with a Russian-speaking employee.

When paying in cash, you can wait for a bank transaction (Hungary-Spain) while you are near a bank employee (you need to check this option with him). If this is the case, then you will immediately receive a Confirmation of money transfer from a bank employee. If not, call +36 80 088 108 to the Barcelona central office.
